Taxi Dispatcher

This software is automated system meant for quick and convenient dispatcher work organization in taxi services. The basis of the system is unique solution for transport tasks and full automation of working places. It allows raising the service quality in taxi to much higher level.

Main functions and features:

• Embedded map of every city (fast engine with different scales) lets dispatchers navigate drivers in difficult situations.
• Automated calculation of the shortest automobile route taking into account road junction, road signs and intersections. Different parameters (fare, trip time) are calculated based on it. The shortest route can be calculated between arbitrary points number and can be corrected by client as well.
• Different data needed in taxi service can be stored in the program (cars, drivers, dispatchers, clients, etc.).
• Different analytics is available (reports, graphs, diagrams).
• “Black list” feature helps to filter unfair clients.
• Fast connection with driver is realized via different devices: mobile phones, PocketPC with GPRS-modem, pagers.
• Car tracking system allows controlling all cars movement using GPS-technology for geo-coordinates definition and GPRS-technology for their transfer to the server.
• Database Reserve Copy feature makes the system more reliable and stable.
• Full-scale client-server architecture. Up to 20 dispatchers can work at one time.
• Fully customizable parameters (all parameters can be changed in the ‘Settings’ section or via different editors which are in the set).
